JACKPOT BINGO is an online lottery game based on the popular game of Bingo.
The game is played by matching numbers on a bingo ticket against numbers drawn at random by a dedicated computer. Each JACKPOT BINGO ticket has a 5 x 5 grid of 24 numbers printed on it with each column headed by one of the letters that spell the word
B-I-N-G-O. Under each letter, five numbers will be selected at random by a computer, different than the one that draws the final numbers. Each Jackpot Bingo ticket is therefore unique.
Players match the numbers on their tickets to the numbers drawn by the computer. As they do so, the numbers drawn will form patterns. If these patterns are winning patterns they will win a cash prize associated with each pattern.
The final draw numbers from JACKPOT BINGO will be published in local media and made available in the form of an animated draw show where possible. The numbers will also be available at all Caribbean Lottery Agents.
A JACKPOT BINGO ticket contains 24 numbers, plus one FREE space located in the center of the grid. Under each letter the numbers are grouped in 10’s. The numbers in column B are between 1 and 10. The numbers in column I are between 11 and 20. The numbers in column N are between 21 and 30. The numbers in column G are between 31 and 40. The numbers in column O are between 41 and 50.
Play slips are not needed or used in this game. The numbers on each ticket are assigned using the QUICK PICK function within the lottery system, meaning that the numbers are picked randomly by the system. Players do NOT have the option to select their own numbers.
It is intended that JACKPOT BINGO will be available for all jurisdictions operated by Caribbean Lottery including the USVI, Anguilla, Antigua, Bermuda, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Maarten, and the Turks and Caicos Islands, as well as by the Barbados Lottery in Barbados .
Tickets may be purchased for the amount of $1 in local currency.
A player may wager for a minimum of 1 draw and a maximum of 12 draws. Draws will be held once a day on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 6:54pm.
The jackpot for JACKPOT BINGO will start at $15,000. If the jackpot is not won within the first 35 numbers called, it will increase by at least $500 until the jackpot is won. For each draw that the jackpot is not won within the first 35 numbers called, a second chance jackpot will be offered to be won in another four numbers called. The expected payout for winners of the second chance blackout is approximately $4,400 to be shared. The jackpot will be pari-mutuel meaning that if more than one person wins the jackpot on a particular draw, then those winners will share the amount in the jackpot prize pool. All lower tier prizes are pari-mutuel as well.
JACKPOT BINGO tickets will be available for purchase daily from 6:00am until 12:00am except on Christmas, Good Friday, and Easter.
